The problem.
Product & Business Newsnet, a US news business, needed journalists to be able to review AI-generated news drafts quickly and safely, not publish AI output directly, but browse it, edit it, and copy it into their own workflow.
What I built.
A cloud dashboard with secure sign-in, a live feed of AI-generated news items pulled from an external database, search and filter controls, and an editing and copy interface so a journalist could review and adjust a draft before using it. Built in 2023.
Why it still matters.
The core idea, a person reviews and edits the AI output before using it, is the same principle I still build AI tools around today. See the AI I run my own business on for what’s live now.

For your technical person
Server-side rendered with Next.js and React, API layer in Node.js. External PostgreSQL database as the live feed source. Authentication via Azure Active Directory, with context-based state handling. Responsive dashboard built from separate components: news feed, editor and copy panel, search and filter controls, and navigation. Deployed in Docker containers to Microsoft Azure, staging and production. Permissions and roles management, auto-scroll buffering for continuous feed loading. 2023.
