What the business needed.
Blurtitout.org runs a subscription box service, BuddyBox, and needed the automated emails customers receive from WooCommerce, order confirmations and updates, rewritten to explain their process and match their brand and tone, instead of reading like the generic WooCommerce default.
What I did.
I built the custom email templates to match the mockup the client supplied, so every order confirmation and update email customers received matched their voice and branding.
What they got.
Order emails that felt like part of the brand experience customers were already paying for, not a default system email.

Stack: WordPress, PHP, MySQL, WooCommerce email templates. Custom WooCommerce transactional email templates, matched to a client-supplied design mockup. Templates sent from the standard WooCommerce Orders Management System on order placement and completion. Project size: small. Delivered 2015.
