I build business systems for a living: billing, payroll, bookings and point of sale. These tools use the same kind of parts, cut down to what one owner needs. I built every one of them and I keep them working.
They’re free because they’re the simplest way to show you how I work. If one of them is nearly what you need, but not quite, that’s usually where a conversation starts.

How the tools are built
- Browser-only single page apps (React and Next.js). Records are kept in IndexedDB and localStorage; nothing is uploaded.
- Every record-keeping tool exports and imports a JSON backup, with schema versioning so older files still import.
- PDFs come from the browser’s own print dialog, using A4 print layouts.
- The estimator and profit margin calculator are script-driven formulas and rule lists: no AI, no API calls. The margin formulas are covered by automated tests.
- The payment fee comparator uses published provider pricing, with a last-verified date and links to each official pricing page.
- The compound interest calculator sends the loan figures to this site’s own API to work out the schedule.

Where is my information stored?
The tools that keep records (invoices, payslips, pricing projects, estimates and email signatures) save them in your own browser, not on a server. Download a backup file from each tool’s Backup tab now and then, because clearing your browser or changing devices can remove saved records.
Do they work on my phone?
Yes. They run in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. For long documents a bigger screen is easier.
