- One working piece, at a fixed price.What I quote is what you pay for the agreed scope. Every piece after it is quoted before it starts, and you can stop after any piece and keep what’s built.
Custom software isn’t always the right answer, and I’ll say so.

When not to build custom software
Custom software should not be the default answer. If a standard product already solves most of the problem well, use it. Custom development is for the workflows, integrations and business rules that create real operational value or remove real friction.

How acceptance and support work

How long will it take?
It depends on the workflow, what it needs to connect to, and how ready your data and access are. Once those are understood, I give you a real delivery window in the quote. If they’re still unclear, the next step is the written plan.
What will it cost?
It depends on the complexity, the integrations and how it needs to be accessed and maintained. I give a private quote once we’ve talked through fit and scope. You’ll know the price of each piece before it starts. See how a project with me works →
What happens after it launches?
There’s a short included period to fix anything that doesn’t match what we agreed. After that, ongoing maintenance and new work are arranged separately, at a pace that suits you.
Do you use AI to build it faster?
Yes, where it genuinely helps. But senior review stays non-negotiable. I read what it writes, I decide what goes in, and I answer for it on every project.
What if I’m not sure custom software is even the right answer?
That’s a normal place to start. If an existing tool already does the job well, I’ll say so, even if it means less work for me. Custom software is worth it when the workaround costs you more than the build would.
