These apps were built by an operator, not a vendor.

Fifteen years building production software, twenty-five in technology: e-commerce work for WooCommerce and Shopify shops across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and South Africa; a POPIA-compliant medical and dental practice platform; and BX1X, my own SaaS business operations platform with 37+ modules covering billing, e-commerce, inventory, bookings, and CRM. Running my own SA-registered company since 2001 means the apps on this page were designed against the same problems I was already paying for in my own business.

Three years of working with AI systems day-to-day showed me both what they can compress and where they confidently produce wrong output. That is why these apps have eval gates, source-of-truth handling, and governance rules. They were built for my own business first. Why are none of these apps for sale?

The value is in the operator applying the system, not in software running for anyone with a credit card. A self-serve version would lose the eval gates and source-of-truth governance that prevent generic AI output. The apps are operated, not licensed.

Can I see a demo of any of the apps?

There is no public demo. The lead app, the SEO AI Toolbox, has a public capability page describing what it does and what it produces. Demos of the other apps happen on the consultation call where they are scoped to a specific problem.

Will more apps be added?

Yes. The portfolio grows as new business problems become repeatable enough to justify a dedicated pipeline. Each new app is added once it has a real engagement and real proof behind it, not before.

Which app should I start with?

How does this differ from an AI agency or consulting firm?
