Is this POS system already built, or custom for each client?
The strongest proof here is the recycling POS build. For new clients, I assess whether the right route is a POS build, integration work on your current setup, or BX1X, when the requirement is broader than a till.
How long does a custom POS take to build?
The delivery window is set in the written quote once your operation, access, hardware, integrations and what counts as done are understood. The 13-month recycling build is historical proof of what was built, not a promise for a new enquiry.
Can it run on tablets?
Yes. The system is web based and runs on any device with a modern browser: desktops, tablets, or dedicated POS terminals.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the number of branches, terminals, modules and customisation needed. I give a detailed quote after understanding your requirements.
Can you integrate with my accounting system?
Yes. I integrate with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks and custom accounting systems, with real-time sync or scheduled batch updates depending on your needs.
Do you provide training and support?
Training is included only when stated in the written scope. The quote defines acceptance and 14 calendar days of defect only correction. Later operational support and feature work are quoted separately.
