The problem.
Most businesses run on a patchwork: one tool for invoices, another for bookings, a spreadsheet for stock, WhatsApp for approvals. Nothing talks to anything else, so the same information gets typed in three times and nobody fully trusts any of it.
What I built.
BX1X is a single platform that replaces that patchwork. It covers quotes and invoices, bookings and scheduling, projects and job management, customer and supplier records, stock control, expenses and accounting, templates and communications, billable time, subscriptions, e-commerce, and a full medical practice edition. You turn on only the modules you need and add more as you grow.
Why I built it.
The same problems kept coming up across years of client work: businesses solving the same gaps with the same workarounds. BX1X is the answer I built for that, drawing on 15 years in software and 26 years in IT.
How it’s delivered.
BX1X is a separate SaaS platform operated through Villiers Vision Works. It isn’t a generic self-serve template: each rollout is configured to the client’s actual business processes, and I work directly with every client on setup and ongoing support.
For your technical person
1,900+ custom API endpoints across billing, bookings, stock, communications, accounting and e-commerce. Multi-tenant architecture with isolated data per business on shared infrastructure. Multi-layer security: encryption, role-based access control, full audit trails on every action. State machines enforce consistent workflows (for example, a booking moves through pending, confirmed, completed). Multi-currency support with FX journaling. Deployed cloud or on-premises, managed by Villiers Vision Works.
Testing. Test suites run continuously on 5 dedicated test servers: unit, integration, API integration and seeder tests, plus automated script-based end-to-end tests. Nothing ships until they pass.
