The requirement is shaped as Build, Connect or Extend. If the scope is still unclear, paid discovery can produce the definition needed for a quote.

A useful fit
Bring a defined client problem, not a blank cheque.
This route makes sense when the agency already understands the client relationship and needs experienced engineering around a specific requirement.
It is less useful when the request is open-ended staff augmentation, an unpaid technical estimate, or support for an entire product with no agreed first result.
