Are you available across South Africa or only in Cape Town?
I am based in Cape Town but work with WordPress and WooCommerce clients across all of South Africa: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth and everywhere in between. Most work is managed remotely. I also work with international clients.
How long have you worked with WordPress?
Since 2011. In 2014 I worked with WooThemes, the Cape Town company that created WooCommerce, as a support engineer and WooWorker, supporting 850+ WooCommerce customers.
Can you fix a hacked WordPress site?
Yes. Site recovery and security hardening is one of my most common WordPress services. I clean the infection, close the vulnerability and harden the site to prevent repeat attacks.
Do you integrate with South African payment gateways?
Yes. I have integrated PayFast, Peach Payments, Ozow and other SA payment gateways into WordPress and WooCommerce stores. I also work with international gateways like Stripe and PayPal.
Do you build new WordPress sites or only fix existing ones?
Both. Most of my WordPress work involves improving, fixing or extending existing sites. I also build new WordPress and WooCommerce sites when the project calls for it.
What are your rates for WordPress work?
I provide a private quote after an initial fit and scope discussion. The quote reflects the agreed outcome, workflow, access, dependencies and acceptance boundary.
